Arrival at Kigali International Airport where our safari guide will welcome you. Enjoy a Kigali city tour including the Kigali Genocide Memorial and local markets. Overnight stay in Kigali.
After breakfast drive to Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy scenic views of Rwanda’s rolling hills. Optional visit to the Dian Fossey Gorilla Research Center.
Early morning gorilla trekking adventure in the forest. Spend one magical hour observing mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
Cross the Rwanda–Uganda border and travel to Bwindi, home to half of the world’s mountain gorilla population. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes along the way.
Explore Bwindi with optional nature walks, bird watching, or visit the Batwa cultural community.
