Safari Itinerary

Days 1–3 – Arrival & Kampala City Introduction

• Arrival at Entebbe International Airport and meet your safari guide
• Transfer to Kampala for orientation and city tour
• Explore cultural landmarks, local markets, and traditional cuisine
• Overnight stay in Kampala

Days 4–7 – Kibale Forest National Park

• Drive to Kibale Forest (~5–6 hours)
• Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest (permit approx. $250 per foreign visitor)
• Bigodi Wetland Walk for birding and primate viewing
• Optional community visit for cultural exchange
• Overnight stays in Kibale lodges

Days 8–10 – Queen Elizabeth National Park & Ishasha

• Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
• Game drives to spot lions, elephants, buffalo, Uganda kobs, and warthogs
• Boat cruise along Kazinga Channel for hippos, crocodiles, and birdwatching
• Optional visit to Ishasha sector to see rare tree-climbing lions
• Overnight stays in Queen Elizabeth NP lodges

Days 11–14 – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

• Transfer to Bwindi Forest
• Gorilla trekking experience in Bwindi (permit approx. $800 per foreign visitor)
• Optional Batwa community cultural visit
• Leisure, photography, and nature walks in the forest surroundings
• Overnight stays in Bwindi lodges

Days 15–18 – Lake Mburo & Murchison Falls

• Drive to Lake Mburo National Park; game drives for zebras, impalas, hippos, and birding
• Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
• Hike to the Top of the Falls and sunset game drives
• Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls, spotting hippos, crocodiles, and elephants

Days 19–23 – Kidepo Valley National Park

• Fly or drive to Kidepo Valley for remote wilderness safari

Days 24–28 – Nile Adventures & Waterfalls

• Return south along the Nile River
• White-water rafting on the Nile (for adventure seekers)
• Additional boat cruises and birdwatching
• Visit waterfalls, lakes, and natural attractions along the river

Days 29–30 – Cultural Encounters & Departure

• Explore cultural villages and local communities
• Shopping for handicrafts and souvenirs
• Return to Entebbe International Airport for departure
